- Contract Options: We offer lump sum and cost plus contracts for our clients. Our cost plus contracts are most common due to the custom nature of our projects. We charge a flat fee for each job, in lieu of a percentage, allowing our clients to make decisions during the construction period without worrying about change orders and builder markups.
- Home Building: Empire is a full design-build contractor, so you can come to us with just an idea and we will help create your dream home for you. Or simply modify one of our existing plans to suit your needs.
- Remodeling/ Renovations: Every year Empire completes a few renovation projects for new buyers and past clients. All of our remodeling jobs are handled in the same professional manner as our new construction projects are. - Commercial Construction: Over the years we have designed and built a wide variety of commercial projects including motorcycle dealerships, doctor’s offices, industrial warehouse buildings, restaurants, pharmacies, retail show rooms and general office buildings. Along with the new construction, we offer interior build outs and renovations to our commercial side. Due to our mixed residential and commercial nature, we are able to value engineer our projects and save our clients considerable amounts of money with our unique approach.
